a high performance printing device that offers excellent quality printouts that
works with replacement printer cartridges, HP 131A
toner cartridges: HP CF210A black toner, HP CF211A cyan toner, HP CF212A
yellow toner and HP CF213A magenta toner. But like any other laser printer, it
is vulnerable to usual printing machines, and can experience paper jams. And
for today’s article, we’re going to help you understand paper jams and how you
can fix this problem when your printer encounters a paper jam.
Jam locations usually happens in
output bin, rear door and input tray. Take note, that loose toner component
might remain in the product after a paper jam. This problem typically resolves
itself after a few sheets have been printed.
Clearing Paper Jams in Input Tray
- Step 1 - Pull out the tray, and lift the jam access door above the
tray.
- Step 2 -With both hands, grasp the paper, and carefully pull it free from the product.
- Step 3 -Replace the tray.
- Step 4 -Press the OK button to continue printing.
Clearing Paper Jams from the Output Bin
- Step 1 - With both hands, grasp the paper, and carefully pull it free from the product. Do not use sharp objects, such as tweezers or needle-nose pliers, to remove jams. Damage caused by sharp objects will not be covered by the warranty.
Clear Paper Jams from the Rear Door
- Step 1 - Open the rear door.
- Step 2 -With both hands, grasp the paper, and carefully pull it free from the product. Gently remove the jammed paper.
- Step 3 - Close the rear door.
Keep in mind that you should not
use sharp objects, such as tweezers or needle-nose pliers, to remove jams. The
damages that might cause by using such things are not covered by the warranty.
So when removing the jammed papers from your printer, pull it straight out from
the product. You should also remember that pulling jammed paper out of the
product at an angle can damage the product.
HP LaserJet Pro 200 M251nw uses
replacement printer cartridges, HP 131Atoner cartridges: HP CF210A black toner, HP CF211A cyan toner, HP CF212A
yellow toner and HP CF213A magenta toner. It offers printing page capacities of
up to 1,600 pages for the HP CF210A black toner and 1,800 pages for the colored
