HP Color LaserJet Enterprise
CP4025 Printers is a series of professional digital laser printers which
includes HP Color LaserJet CP4025dn, HP Color LaserJet CP4025n, HP Color
LaserJet CP4525dn, HP Color LaserJet CP4525xh and HP Color LaserJet CP4525n. These are all engineered laser jet printers
that presents high-advanced features to produce excellent-quality printouts but
similar to other laser printers, whether expensive or advanced structured, it’s
not an exception in encountering common usual printer problems such as print
quality problems. But don’t fret, because there are several solutions in
solving this problem. And here are some of them as provided by the HP
Support Center:

CP4025 Printers uses replacement printer cartridges, HP Color LaserJet CP4025
Toner Cartridges: HP
CE260A Black Laser Toner Cartridge, HP CE261A Cyan Laser Toner Cartridge,
HP CE262A Magenta Toner Cartridge and HP CE263A Yellow Toner Cartridge.
Calibrating the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4025
Calibration is a printer function that optimizes the print quality. Upon calibrating your printer, it will fix
problems such as misaligned color, colored shadows, blurry graphics or other print quality issues.- Step 1 - On the Printer’s control panel, press the Home button.
- Step 2 - Press the down arrow and select Configure Device, and then press OK.
- Step 3 - Press the down arrow and select Print Quality and select OK.
- Step 4 - Press the down arrow to highlight the Print Quality menu, and then press OK.
- Step 5 - Press the down arrow to highlight the Full Calibrate Now setting, and then press OK.
- Step 6 – Once done, a Calibrating Message will appear on the printer control panel display. The calibration process takes a few minutes to complete. Do not turn the printer off until the calibration process has finished.
Another tip in improving the
quality of your HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4025, you should be able to
print a cleaning page as well. Follow these steps:
- Step 1 - On the printer’s control panel, press the Home button.
- Step 2 - Press the down arrow to highlight Configure Device, and then press OK.
- Step 3 - Press the down to highlight Print Quality, and then press OK.
- Step 4 - Press the down arrow to highlight Create Cleaning Page, and then press OK .
- Step 5 - Load copier-grade paper (not bond, heavy, or rough paper) into the printer and follow the instructions on the printed page.
After these, a Cleaning Message
appears on the printer control panel display while the cleaning is taking
place. The cleaning process takes a few minutes to complete so you should not
turn the printer off until the cleaning process has finished.
