• Step 4 – If you see any scratches, fingerprints, or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the print cartridge.
• Step 5 – If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the print cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.

• Step 8 - Unpack the new Brother TN315 toner cartridges. Gently shake it from side to side several times to distribute the toner evenly inside the cartridge.
• Step 9 - Pull off the protective cover.
• Step 10 - Hold the handle of the toner cartridge and slide the toner cartridge into the drum unit then slightly pull it toward you until you hear it click into place. Make sure that you match the toner cartridge color to the same color label on the drum unit. Repeat this for all the toner cartridges.
• Step 11 - Push the drum unit in until it stops.
• Step 12 - Close the front cover of the machine.
