Improving the Print Quality of Your HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn in Accounting Firms

HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn is a monochrome laser printer designed to deliver the printing needs of small offices and micro offices with excellent printing quality documents. If you’re in an accounting firm and using HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn, then you must know that the first tip in improving the printing quality of your machine is to use the right printer consumable. The HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn uses replacement HP CF280A and HP CF280X toner cartridges, but if you’re printing accounting documents and bank checks with it, then it should use HP CF280X MICR Toner which is specifically built with magnetic ink character recognition that allows the printing of the words, numbers, or symbols become magnetized and used in printing electronic codes commonly used in bank checks. This replacement printer cartridge usually offers a printing page yield of up to 6,900 pages at 5% page yield. Using HP CF280X MICR toner cartridge allows more security and reliability for bank checks that are made and are commonly used for checks since these add some security features on that paper to avoid any form of fraud.
